Doozypics is a personalized service to preserve your favorite memories in a digital form. We do not use or share your photographs or their digital reproductions in any form, the only exception being use of watermarked digital reproductions with your permission on our social media channels.

The products are personalized which is why we do not entertain any refunds once the order has been placed and confirmed. We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. In our effort to deliver the best, we involve you in the process of creating and finalizing the image before delivering the product to you.

Once you upload the photograph and provide your list of requirements, our artists create the best possible replica for it. We share this version of the image with you for your feedback. If you are not satisfied or would like further modifications, Doozypics team is at your service. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with our products and services.
You may cancel your order until you have not approved it (link to approval stage in how it works) / it is not shipped. However, standard artist charges would be applicable depending on the amount of work by the artist working on your order.
If you receive a damaged product during delivery, please get back to our team immediately. We shall be sending out a replacement for the said product. We cover photo frames, mugs, keychains, mobile cases in the replacement policy.
In digital printing, we encourage only minor changes like removal of an object, changing the background, retouching the face or any other feature. If your requirements are more complicated, the time and effort put in by our artists vary accordingly. Thus, our team will review your modifications list and get back to you in that scenario.
