The whole process of Artwork including delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks as it is handmade which is a time consuming process.
Once your order is placed we will be contacting you for the order confirmation & details.
Terms and conditions :
- Ones the order is confirmed, Replacement of photograph or changes in sizes or material wont be allowed.(High resolution photograph should be uploaded with clear instructions).
- After completion of the Artwork, We will be sending you the final Artwork preview through What's app or email based on your convenience.
- Maximum of one or two minor revisions will be accepted based on the artwork.
- Ones the Artwork is approved, We will finalize the product and dispatch it to the address provided.
Refund Policy :
- Minimum 25% of the total amount will be deducted after the confirmation of the order.
- Order cancellation is allowed until the artwork preview is sent, If the Artwork is disapproved by the customer even after the revisions. then refund will be provided by deducting 45% to 75% of the total amount.
- Order cancellation won't be allowed after the Artwork approval.
- Video must be recorded while opening the product as proof.
*Damage Claims : Any claims for damage MUST be reported in 48 hours.
